The great thing about photography is that you do not need to venture far away from your home to capture great pictures. I took these photos this morning from my backyard. The altocumulus clouds coupled with the early morning sun made for a great effect. I also played around a little with a couple of the features on my Canon Sure Shot SX50, specifically, shooting in black & white and using the "fish eye" effect that distorts the visual field.
